I need to use an existing type, manipulate it, and make it become my interpretation of how I could communicate the word, exaggerate.

I was given words that I had to express through just using single letterforms.

Group problem solving - How to share two showers between thirteen people

We had a problem to solve. Using our conceptual and practical design skills, we would solve the problem in an appropriate and creative manner"

Who needs to know?
Anyone can know, but we aim to inform students.
What do they need to know?
The problems faced with communal showers, and how to help deal with them.
What will they respond to?
It will visually be communicated, e.g poster, object?
Where do they go?
Publicly displayed or given out within universities or student halls.

As a group we decided to produce a series of products that could help students survive showering, in a healthy and clean way.

ABC alphabet - summer project

These images were printed onto acetate.
I did this with the intention of creating
a photographic film effect. I thought it
was a way of documenting my summer holiday,
however still including and incorporating
the alphabet within each photo.
