When I rendered my draft title sequence that was 50 seconds long, it was too large to upload onto vimeo with the amount of space I had remaining. It was around 320 MB, which is very large.
Mike had suggested adjusting the Bitrate settings before rendering it,
500 kbps
750 kbps
900 kbps
1000 kbps
