HP - APPROACHING PROMOTIONAL POSTERS/DESIGN AGAIN,

I had a chat with Lorenzo about which areas of my project I should really be focusing on.
I said how I wanted to focus more on the areas like the ticket design, promotional posters and the limited edition film posters.

Lorenzo said how he thought the promotional posters should show more of the limited edition style in them, as they worked better.

I wanted to keep the layout of the original, I thought that it communicated well. I had also got very positive feedback on the promotional posters.

hand drawn scar to incorporate into the promotional posters.

saving it as a PNG in Photoshop  without a background, meant that when I copied into Illustrator it wouldn't have a white box around it.

Here is the initial poster design, but with more sketchy, free hand scars. I do like how it gives it more of a creative feel.

Trying with white on yellow, and white on black.
Think the white on yellow looks a bit too much.

Using one of the limited edition posters?
The 7th film poster, was in the yellow and black colour scheme which related to the Picture House's scheme.

I think this looks quite good, but I didn't like how the limited edition poster is also the promotional material. I think the two should be separate, makes them more exclusive.
