BLUR.
Really like this effect. It is in 'Effects', then click on the scroll bar down in the left side, to animate it once you have added a keyframe.
Motion blur, and 3D dimensions. 1st and 3rd end boxes.
Easy ease, makes swinging look more natural
Manually adjust speed, rotation etc...
