RESOLVED SOLUTION

We have decided to introduce a new product for the Green & Blacks range. These will be 'Green & Blacks - pebbles'.

The brief asks us to, basically, make more people choose to buy Green & Blacks over other chocolate (specifically premium chocolate).  Introducing a new product into their range, creates excitement for customers and automatically makes them interested in this new product. The product itself is designed to be an interesting and exciting chocolate to buy as well, it comes in small shapes, similar to pebbles, and contains a range of different flavours of the chocolate. This not only highlights the range that Green & Blacks has, but also makes the chocolate something interesting and fun to eat. A variety of different flavours, all at once. 
Why 'pebbles'? 
Pebbles seemed appropriate, the odd and irregular shapes of pebbles linked with the organic theme that Green & Blacks seem to want to make very apparent. Organic products don't look perfect because they aren't tampered with artificial substances. Au natural! 
We also thought about selling this new product in two sizes, 
a larger, sharing pack which will be in a form similar to a bag/pouch
a small, rectangular box (cuboid), similar to a poppet box.

This new product will be advertised through appropriate promotional material, print outs placed in the best public spaces. We also thought about having a taster stall that would be situated in supermarkets, with the point of sales near by. If the products are easy to see and nested in an attractive stand then this would attracts customers, with both sight and taste.  
Chocolate also compliments coffee very well, which is what we gathered from our feedback. So another point of sale, could be a little stand in COSTA perhaps? To help sales increase, if someone goes to Costa to buy a coffee and rewind/relax, they might think about buying a few chocolate pebbles to compliment their drink.
